Orders will be filled within one to two business days after receiving payment.
Preferred payment methods are PayPal. We do also accept U.S. Postal money orders for payment. If you would like to pay by U.S. Postal Money Order, please contact us via email for contact information.
If paying by money order, please note that items cannot be shipped until your payment has been received by us and funds have cleared. Once your payment has cleared, your order will be shipped immediately.
Any item purchased but not paid for within one week will be canceled, and the item will be restocked in our inventory.
All items are shipped via USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority Mail.
If you have special shipping requirements, let us know.
You can save on your shipping costs when ordering multiple items. Before placing your order, please contact us at starbrightshop@aol.com and let us know which items you would like to purchase. We may be able to reduce your shipping cost by consolidating items.
